2. Booking & Scheduling Policy
2.1. How to Book a Ride: Customers can schedule transportation through:

2.2. Advance Booking Requirement
- Standard trips: Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled trip to avoid cancellation fees.
- No-Shows: If a passenger is not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the trip will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
3.1. Passenger Conduct: To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all, passengers must:

- Exhibits disruptive or abusive behavior.
- Is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
- Poses a safety risk to themselves, the driver, or other passengers.
4. Pricing & Payment Policy
