How can I book a ride?

How far in advance should I book my trip?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute ride requests based on availability.
Do you provide recurring transportation for regular medical visits?
Yes! We offer weekly or monthly recurring transportation for dialysis, therapy, and routine medical appointments.
What happens if I need to cancel my ride?
To avoid cancellation fees, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled trip.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes! All our vehicles are ADA-compliant and equipped with wheelchair ramps, secure seating, and safety restraints to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.
Do your drivers assist passengers in and out of the vehicle?
Yes. Our drivers are trained to assist passengers in safely getting in and out of the vehicle. However, we do not provide hands-on medical assistance.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes! We allow one companion to accompany the passenger at no additional charge.
Do you offer transportation for non-medical trips?
Yes. In addition to medical appointments, we provide transportation to assisted living facilities, nursing homes, social outings, and personal errands.
